God, Allah, Buddha, Jehovah ... The list is long. It depends on the believer as to what name is used. Same goes for which book is used. The bible has a vast number of versions (too many to list here). It seems each religion has it's own version of events. For a Deity that is supposed to be loving and benevolent, God is responsible for more human suffering and death in the history of man than anything else!!!
Each religion will tell you they are the ONE and that all others are False and their God is a false God and some go to war to prove it. And yet no one can give us positive proof that their God actually exists! "It's a matter of faith" is the standard answer! Faith in what I ask you?
It all sound like nonsense to me!! I have more faith in the existence of aliens and little green buggers than in an all powerful entity.

You are confusing Spiritual with religion , I've had many events in my life I would call "SPIRITUAL" none of them attributed to a higher being ,I'm sorry but there is no "magic" involved in birth ,It's Biology,Plain and simple .

Grizz is not just a sex-minded male, he is correct. Giving birth to a new born baby is, in fact, a matter of human reproduction. there are things of this world that we cannot explain, some like to give the credit to a higher power, and I like to think that someday science will have an explanation. Believing in a higher power must be nice... to have something to blame other than yourself.

We can both agree that gramma ninja and burgermeister are slightly confused. To say that you, like every other man, turn a miracle of life into sex, is semi-ridiculous. An alley fight with either of them would have been more appropriate, I would love to shut them down.
