On the Pope's visit to the land of freedom....
ISLAM RULES! OFF WITH POPE'S HEAD! AND YOURS! NOT JIMMY CARTER'S THOUGH!

ISLAM: VIOLENT? BLASPHEMY: OFF WITH YOUR HEADS!

IRONY: Just a few months ago, German Pope ate Islamo-Fascist bile! Now, Nazi Pope needs more jugend guards.

So: let the Pope sit with the Islamo-Fascists (in Paris) and chat over coffee and petit fors.

Lets watch the Anti-Semite, Anti-Israel, frightfully misguided anti-U.S. "Disaster-President" Carter negotiate with Hamas.

Negotiate!

Best you watch your tongue, you fool, lest you want them to cut it out!

Or just chop off your head.

Welcome to the U.S., Holy Father. Do not fear. We let all manner of misanthropes pontificate here. Even the likes of Carter and Ahmadinejad.

It All Started With...

There isn't one they are ALL con artists And their followers are SUCKERS in need of something/anything to believe in for what ever reason be it lack of self belief or a need to belong to something who knows??

My good fellow. Everybody needs to belong somewhere. Religion is the club most of us are born into. Does not mean we have to believe in everything they preach, mind you.

My dear lady ,That is exactly what Religion is all about ,Blind Faith.Go ask your local Preacher ,Or better yet repeat your exact opening comment to him/her and see their attitude change right before your own eyes

"Does not mean we have to believe in everything they preach, mind you." Your word My Dear,And from the leader of the wealthiest religious group ,Yup, the Pope in Australia (yesterday 19/07/08)" Leave thoughts of possessions and riches behind you,and concentrate on being a better Christian." It appears that double standards are the theme for for Christianity , Now don't that put a wrinkle in the scheme of all things religious

The holy father must have been speaking to a class of people different that anybody I know. Most people are working harder to get by or do much better for themselves not to be better followers of the church. I chuckle thinking what might happen to the almighty church if people stopped working hard and making money. I reckon the collection boxes would go a bit on the light side, don't you think? You and I are logging noggins over the why and not the how. Blind faith is what is required. To have blind faith is foolish. Opium of the people. Yet, I think it is a good thing to belong somewhere. Might just be good for the soul.

He was speaking at World Youth Day in Australia last Weekend. I also got to see an interesting Doco called" Scientology and me " A BBC reporter tries to investigate The Church of Scientology It showed the Extremes some religious sects/churches go to enforce "Blind Faith" This Cult employed methods that the CIA/FBI would be proud of and pushed the Reporter (I can't remember his name)to an on screen meltdown ,for which he later apologised I can if required list other Cult/Sect/Churches who attempt to enforce "blind Faith" upon their followers My personal belief is if a man( or woman ) needs to have faith in some one or thing , What's wrong with having faith in yourself ? Why have faith in something that is built on hear say and evidence that is shaky at best...........

....And some down right false and seriously corrupt information ie" The story of creation"Scientifically proven to be a flawed ," In seven days God created the Heavens and Earth" That must have been some week , In reality it was approx 10,000 years long ,And that's just the start !! the Talibarnies are holding the world to ransom because of their faith .Now I will admit some of these religions have done some good in their local communities ,I seriously Question their motives

Cheers! I'll take this backwards. i reckon to to rationalize this rubbish. Because I haven't enough wits to give you good answers. To begin with, this is about the perpetuation of the religion. You want to give meaning to religious doctrines? You are called a heretic. That is not good for church business. You want people to have faith in themselves? I think that if foolish dream. People don't want to do that. It is easier to blame divine intervention for ones tomfoolery or misdeeds. Imagine that. I can go to my church or mosque or temple, mutter a few halved sentences and my God forgives me. All I have to do is give up all my intellectual beliefs and my authority over my body and my authority over my mind. That means that there are over six billion suckers - your words, including me.

A Heretic, Me? well I've been called worse ," That means that there are over six billion suckers - your words, including me."Short answer YES, If you look into the recorded history of most of the major Religious organizations, One fact will come to light, Wealth ,and Power and Control ,Have a look at your own country's history, and the power struggle between early kings and the Church. the Church of England was formed because the Rulers didn't like the power the Catholics had.The principles of Christianity Had nothing to do with it.Another point to consider , If Any Religious Cult/Sect/Church followed the rules of Christianity as laid down in the Original scriptures,The Vatican ,The Church of England and many others,Wouldn't exist! A culture of "Do as I say ,Not as I do" is there for all to see........

The freedom to believe is something most religions want to restrict , you belief and faith in what they are telling you is their focus point ,The belief that YOU need them for the Salvation of your Soul is to put it bluntly , A LIE!!, Just one of the Many. And those of us that don't have the strength of self belief are victims of this lie! Self Belief is the strongest tool a person can have,It's also the biggest threat to these Hypercrit's
