Barns listened and watched Obama's distinctly not "mea culpa" speech a number of times.
THIS IS ESSENTIALLY WHAT OBAMA SAID: JEREMIAH WRIGHT IS RIGHT !!
HIS SERMONS ACCURATELY AND PASSIONATELY REFLECT THE UNIVERSAL FEELINGS OF THE BLACK COMMUNITY. THEY ALSO REFLECT THE FEELINGS OF GENERATIONS OF WHITE PEOPLE WHO HAVE EVER BEEN MISTREATED IN HISTORY OR HAVE EVER FELT OR FEEL DISENFRANCHISED TODAY. [All you have to do is switch around "rich white people" with "white people" with "black people" in his sermons.]
But Obama will change all that, just by repeating: "Not this time.
"Bottom lines:
1. We know LESS today about Obama then we did yesterday. Or do we -- other than he is a speech-writer's dream?
2. Barns wants to take Obama's speech writers out to dinner. THEY SHOULD BE RUNNING FOR SOME OFFICE. Anybody who can write such as SUBLIMELY OBFUSCATING SPEECH deserves high accolades.
