NFL STAR MAKES NEWS!! REALLY GOOD NEWS, FOR A CHANGE!

Kansas City Chiefs PRO BOWL, SUPER-STAR TIGHT END, TONY GONZALEZ makes news saving the life of a California man!
While dining with his wife, brother and 5 week old daughter, a man nearby nearly chocked to death from food lodged in his windpipe. THE ONLY PERSON IN A CROWDED RESTAURANT WHO JUMPED UP TO HELP AND SAVED Ken Hunter's LIFE WAS GONZALES.
Note: Tony was dining with his family. Next evening, he was dining out and celebrating his grand mother's 90's birthday, again, with his family and friends.
Seems A DAILY OCCURRENCE that an NFL player runs afoul of the law: is arrested for assaulting his wife or girlfriend, or is engaged in some other felonious conduct.
Then there is a GENUINE SUPER-STAR, Gonzalez, who is out to dinner with his family and saves a life. And wants no credit for what - for him - was obvious conduct.
OPEN MESSAGE TO THE NFL: DO NOT EVER LET TONY LEAVE THE LEAGUE! REQUIRE EVERY ROOKIE TO LIVE WITH HIM FOR THEIR FIRST YEAR IN THE LEAGUE. And give Tony the right to dish out as much "TOUGH LOVE" AS HE SEES FIT!
Barns is sending Tony a note along with a lovely bottle of perfume for his wife. Normally, would have sent Tony a fine bottle of Champagne.

Thanks Barns for acknowledging this good deed!! Seems to me this is a no brainer - if someone's in trouble how can anyone ignore that! Palmer should get many accolades for his good deed - hope it was noticed by all including his team mates.

Awesome. Did you read that Michael Vick filed for bankruptcy? He has $50 million in debts! Poor guy. He only got $20 Million in bonuses between 2004 and 2007. That was in addition to his mega contract that runs through 2014. I could probably get by on his basic salary without the bonuses and not run up $50 million in debts. He belong in jail for a lot of reasons, including stupidity.
