JESSE JACKSON DROPS HIS TESTICLES IN OBAMA'S LAP. OPPORTUNIST TO THE END!
The EVER-PRESENT CAMERA HOG "Rainbow Coalition" Reverend, speaks his mind and lets the door hit his behind on the way out!
THAT IS PATHETIC, REVEREND!
What is an activist without convictions?
You remember the "love-tap" you got from your daddy the first time you said: "I was lying then, but I am telling the truth now"?
Which one is it, Reverend? You want to "Cut [Obama's] nuts off" or the endless bla-bla-bla contrived drivel of an apology ?
How pathetic when even the totally opportunistic Reverend Jackson offers vacuous apologies for speaking his mind.
Is that all you are about, Reverend?
And you, Senator Obama? Appears that you read the “Story Of Jobe” (on forgiveness) one too many times.
Perhaps the warm, fuzzy and magnanimous Reverend Wright covered the topic of forgiveness in one of his sermons, one you recall attending.

Why would Jesse want Obama to win when with a loss he will have a grand pulpit of racism and descrimination to preach on about why we didn't elect a black president? It could be his big comeback... a National tour

I disagree with you saying McCain is no Ronald Regan. He's exactly like Ronald Regan in his view that Social Security must go. Great considering he Regan and other politicians have raided it for decades thus bankrupting it and medicare. Both programs have been the money pit or cash cow to raid everytime there was a surplus. Regan to the tune of at least 63 billion dollars.

No matter. Your point is well taken.
The comment you reacted to IS a bit sarcastic. Appears that everybody running for office, your local council-people included, invoke the memory of Reagan. Suppose it is just the "kindler and gentler" times.
Or was it the economy, stupid us ??

I don't understand the dislike for Obama. He promises change and a better future. Why not give him a chance.

Abraham Lincoln spent 8 years on the State Legislature and 8 years as a US Congressman. Barack Obama has spent 7 years in the state Legislature and 4 years as a US Senator. I think Lincoln did pretty good with similar experience.

on 07/11 at 09:00AM PTWith due respect, this is not simply incomparable as apples and oranges. More like fruit and meat. The depth and breath of issues THIS president has to deal with are incomparable to those of Lincoln.

Well it was a big event in U.S. history. It is totally not comparable to the complex issues faced by current presidents. The civil war was fought over two issues and as wars go it was limited. Just compare that to every issue faced by current presidents. They are all global.

This is surprising to anybody because? Jackson is a total political being. I have wondered for a long time where his money comes from. Obama will will because nobody has the you-know-whats to challenge him on the issues. Maybe McCain will. Doesn't look like it.
