HATE BUSH = 49%
LIKE McCAIN = 14%
LOVE OBAMA = 49%
Rasmussen poll this morning:
49% OF AMERICANS THINK THAT THE MEDIA GIVES OBAMA MORE POSITIVE COVERAGE THAN McCAIN.
14% OF AMERICANS THINK THAT THE MEDIA GIVES McCAIN MORE POSITIVE COVERAGE THAN OBAMA.
The whole rhapsodic, evangelical, prophet-like Obama phenomenon has press and millions of Americans hypnotized.
Voters need to evaluate if their vote is simply a VOTE AGAINST GEORGE BUSH rather than a vote for Obama.
Voters need to come to grips with the reality that they have a woefully limited choice in McCain.
Obama unscripted is only a TALENTED BEGINNER. Lots of dreams and hopes, little substance, no experience and a good measure of global naiveté. Check out his press conferences in the Middle East. And pray.
McCain unscripted used to be a "maverick." Now just a political hack.
Write in Barns for President !!
Of course, Barns is as electable as a ham sandwich........

The left is making McCain out to be clone of Bush, BULL! Two years ago McCain was the darlinof the left, writing legislation with them. Now he got the nod to run for pres. he's george's monkey! Again, BULL! A helluva lot better than Burrack Husein Obama( freshman dream boy).

Cheers, Grizz. Does this mean that you would write in Barns for President, if you could? We really ought to start that movement.

Getting a bit late. But you forgot that he has, to use his words, cojones. I can see him galloping in Hyde park atop an Exocet missile. How about we send emails to everybody we know and push this along. Wouldn't it be something?

Amazing how so many people were willing to give an untried, unproven George Bush a chance to be president without a second thought. But are now having fits about Obama. At least he's not following on his failed Father's presidency. Get over yourselves on Obama. Maybe regret over the choice of Bush is your real issue.

Dumb. Really dumb. At least Bush *ran* something. Like one of the biggest states in the U.S. Like a business or two. Bush senior's presidency was a failure? How was that. You need to write with facts and figures. If you are only a Bush hater, your opinion has no value.

I agree with Harm from Alexandria.I would be willing to bet that 90 percent of Bush haters have no inkling whatever of what Bush has done or has not done in the last eight years. If they are honest, they would admit that "I hate Bush because it's "IN" If you asked them why they hate Bush they could'nt tell you.

Thanks neighbor to the North. The proof of the pudding will be when people get into that voting booth. No way will this election be *that* close. If Mrs. Obama runs or ends up acting as V.P. I am going to move Canada.

on 07/23 at 05:01PM PTHi 'freedlezz' The point you make is very much germane to the topic. Barns, with due humility, is really BIG on doing homework and properly framing issues before doing any qualitative analysis. Thus, the biggest issue with Obama is his lack of substance and experience. Even if lack of experience is forgivable in a Presidential candidate, lack of substance is not. As is shifting convictions. As is CONVENIENT MORAL AMBIGUITY.
Thanks for your post.
