How sad is it when we can feel empathy for an immensely wealthy Bahraini Sheik getting fleeced by an American for a few million dollars?
Although Jackson “screwed the proverbial pooch,” he may once again get away with it.
Just to clear up what might be too obscure a reference, the prevailing definition of “screw the pooch” according to the Urban Dictionary is: “To utterly and completely ruin a work venture, akin to a royal f’up.” Ha. No so obscure a reference to Jackson screwing Sheik Abdulla bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the second son of the king of Bahrain, out of $7 MILLION.
That is a royal screwing no matter how you look at it. Sorry .... Could not help myself.
The sheik sued and Jackson will not show up at the trial in London.

Jackson begins an entirely new and exceptinally lucrative career. Recording Muslim hymns and folk songs. You know, what started out as a [not very clever] couple lines may just have some serious merit. I will now wait, breathlessly, for Jackson's check as compensation for giving him a new career. And watch that check bounce from continent to continent.
