BYE, BYE PRESIDENT DUBYA !!
Barns will go out on a limb here: WITH TWO NOTABLE EXCEPTIONS, IT MAKES NO DIFFERENCE WHAT PRESIDENT BUSH DOES FOR THE NEXT MONTH.
The notable differences:
1. Any judgeships that he might award: none that Barns is aware of.
2. Presidential pardons. And, those are not that notable but for some that might turn your stomach.
Everything else?
Look for the new administration to undo all of that.
So....
HOW WILL HISTORY JUDGE GEORGE W. BUSH?
1. In the short term?
2. Upon reflection, 20 years from now?
Sound Off!

He will be considered alongside Andrew Johnson as one of the worst presidents of all time. He should be a convicted war criminal. Can you lie to start an unjust war that kills over 100,000 innocent people and not get any punishment? I hope not. The War on Terrorism will be filed alongside the War on Drugs in the history books.

George W. will be found to be much worse than George W. His administration will be found to be the most corrupt and most inept of any of this country. And that is in just the first year after. 20 years from now if he's still around, the future generation will wonder why we let him stay in power past his first 6 months. They will blame us for not acting.

After the dust settles and the "I hate Bush" hysterical lemming, idiots find some place else to focus their rage, history will recognize the monumental achievement in Iraq, and the importance of dismantling terror orgainzations. That being said, I am looking forward to a new era, with Obama.

Me too. I hope that Obama will not be dogged for years by his past. Yeah, I know. He has a very short past, but really mixed. I am also concerned by the whole Blago disaster. Other than that, it will take a generation to appreciate anything George W accomplished. Most people will need flashlights to find those accomplishments. Onwards and onwards.
