Found her,Hilary's in PHUKET, Thailand ,Telling the North Koreans to pull their collective heads in. It appears the KCNA boys can't work out weather she's an "primary schoolgirl" or "pensioner going shopping".From what I've read and seen she's more like a 'School Teacher' trying to rein in an unruly, petulant child.
